Treasurer

Treasurer or Chief Financial Officer or CFO - The Treasurer is your corporation's chief financial officer. In this role, the Treasurer controls the corporation's finances and maintains corporate financial records and corporate bank accounts. However, your Board of Directors dictates your corporation's actual fiscal policy and may assign other duties to your Treasurer. Stock certificates of your Corporation are to be signed by both your President and your Treasurer.
