Treasurer
Treasurer or Chief Financial Officer or CFO
- The Treasurer is your
corporation's chief financial officer. In this role, the Treasurer
controls the corporation's finances and maintains corporate financial
records and corporate bank accounts. However, your Board of Directors dictates
your corporation's actual fiscal policy and may assign other duties to
your Treasurer. Stock certificates of your Corporation are to be signed by both
your President and your
Treasurer.
