respective state is responsible for administering your corporate income and
franchise taxes for your state (as well as personal income taxes). The list
below identifies the formal name of the tax agency with the corresponding
states. Use a search engine to find and visit the website of a state's tax
agency. (In the search engine, enter the agency name as an exact phrase together
with the corresponding state name.)
