Power of Attorney



Power of Attorney - A Power of Attorney is a legal document that grants authority to the person named in the power of attorney to act as an agent on behalf of a person or organization with respect to certain matters specified. An Attorney-in-Fact is an agent granted authority pursuant to a power of attorney to act on behalf of a shareholder.
