Involuntary Dissolution



Involuntary Dissolution - As the name implies, an Involuntary Dissolution of a corporation is a dissolution forced upon a corporation. Such involuntary dissolution or termination of the corporation's legal existence is done pursuant to an administrative or judicial proceeding.
