Corporate Seal

Corporate Seal - A Corporate Seal is a small hand-held device that your corporate secretary will use to either emboss or imprint certain basic corporate information (generally, the name of your corporation plus the date and state of incorporation) onto official corporation documents. You can obtain your corporate seal as part of an incorporation kit from your corporate attorney, an incorporation service, or even a specialty stationery store.
