Chairman of the Meeting
- The Chairman of the Meeting is the person who runs the meeting.
At Board of Directors meetings the Chairman of the Board is the Chairman of the
meeting. At Shareholders meetings the Chairman of the Meeting is often either
the Chairman of the Board or the President of the corporation. However, the
shareholders may elect any person of their choosing to be the Chairman of that
particular shareholders
meeting.
