Administrative Dissolution



Administrative Dissolution - Administrative Dissolution can be instigated by the Secretary of State if the corporation: fails to pay the taxes, fees and penalties owed to state agencies; fails to deliver its annual report; fails to notify the state of a change in its registered office or agent; or has an expired corporate charter.
